In order to create the safest experience possible for attendees, speakers, participants, and volunteers in light of the contagious nature of Covid-19, the following polices are as of December 1, 2021 and will be updated as new guidance becomes available.

All attendees, speakers, participants and volunteers must show proof of vaccination prior to attending Re:Design/Creative Directors 2022 (“the Conference"). Your proof of vaccination must show that you have completed all doses as recommended by the FDA or WHO at least two weeks before the Conference. Proof of vaccination will be checked in advance and also upon arrival. After vaccination is confirmed onsite, you will be given a wristband to wear throughout the Conference. The Conference reserves the right to request additional testing at the attendees’ expense prior to attending.

The Conference will follow local, state and federal recommendations for masking at the time of the event. If masks are required, they will need to be worn indoors and properly cover the mouth and nose. A face shield is not an acceptable substitute for a mask. If a speakers is on a stage, they will be allowed to remove masks if social distanced. Meals are planned for outdoors, and masks can be removed while eating and drinking though social distancing is always recommended.

Should our vaccination and mask policy not be a match for you, it will not be possible to have you attend the 2022 Conference, and we hope to welcome you in a future year.

We will have hand sanitizer available in all meeting spaces

When possible, sessions will be held outdoors. Our venue in Palm Springs also features spaces with considerable access to the outside air (walls that open to the outdoors etc) and we fully plan on utilizing those for good airflow within the spaces. Meals will be held outdoors.

We ask all attendees to self-evaluate prior to coming to the Conference in order to protect others at the event. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has had COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the event, please do not attend.
