The 2013 Theme was Experiences. Design is about creating an experience – we discussed creating experiences that resonate, whether on a computer, at an airport, in a theater, while shopping at a store, or at home. We explored leveraging your own experiences, working beyond your boundaries, partnering with others, and finding inspiration in outside influences to create new and unexpected experiences.

Our Symposiarch for the event was Wally Krantz of The Brand Union, and featured keynote conversations with Louise Fili, Principal, Louise Fili Ltd and author and editor Steven Heller.
